Goals of the interactive webconference are


Sustainability presents an opportunity for communities to enhance quality of life, while reducing the ecological footprint of operations and realizing social and economic opportunities.

"Social & Economic Transformation Through Sustainable Development"

This event will provide participants with;

•An opportunity to learn about practical, sustainable solutions that have been implemented in other communities
•An overview of how to develop community sustainability plans that will guide future decision-making and meet requirements; and
•Time to network and discuss potential solutions in energy, water, waste, green building, planning and transportation
